Har Mar Superstore hits Agate Hall Saturday
The UO Cultural Forum brings Har Mar Superstar to the University on Saturday.
The rhythm-and-blues singer, whose energetic performances are widely known, plays with no backing band, save a minidisc player, and is currently working on a third album.
“He was really popular on KWVA,” said Tiffany Dickson, National Music Coordinator of the Cultural Forum. “We’re trying to diversify our offerings beyond indie rock, and he’s just a lot of fun.”
Stop Sign Go and The Playskool Foolz also will play. The performance will take place at Agate Hall.
Advance tickets will be free for University students and $5 for non-University students. Tickets will be available for $2 for University students and $5 for non-University students. Free advance tickets will be available for those who show their student identification at the Cultural Forum. Doors open at 8 p.m. for the 8:30 p.m. show.
