After picking up two wins earlier in the week against Seattle, the Ducks open up a three game home series against the Ohio State Buckeyes Friday, March 7 at PK Park in Eugene, Ore. While the Buckeyes are coming off a loss to East Carolina, the Ducks are coming off a sweep of the Seattle Redhawks earlier in the week. While the game got off to a slow start, the Ducks put the game away in the fourth inning as they scored seven of their eight runs, shutting out the Buckeyes 8-0. The Ducks look to carry their momentum from game one into the second game of the three game series against the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Game two of the series against the Buckeyes is set for Saturday, March 10 at PK Park in Eugene, Ore.
