Give me a break. Five EMU employees and one University student decide that Holy Cow has to go? What five employees? Based on what information and data? We are throwing out a local business in favor of a Portland-based chain? Why do we need a Portland-based group when we have Eugene’s one and only Holy Cow? How is it that five anonymous employees and one student have the say? A petition with nearly 400 signatures of campus folks who want Kathee and her restaurant to stay is overruled by five employees and a student? Are there some backroom shenanigans at work here? Smells like dead meat to me.
