Gov. Ted Kulongoski told marketing Instructor Anne Forrestel”s business administration class Wednesday that he wants to invest in Oregon”s future by improving the quality of education and making it more accessible to Oregonians. During his speech in the Lillis Business Complex, he also said that if February”s Measure 30 fails, students could be affected by a potential cut to the education budget.
