Every Saturday at 1 PM, Eugene’s Emerald Park transforms into a scene straight out of a fantasy novel. The Iron Keep Guild, a local chapter of the Amtgard organization, gathers to practice their unique blend of medieval combat and live-action roleplaying. Participants dressed in elaborate costumes and wielding foam-padded weapons engage in thrilling battles and quests that transport them to a world of heroic adventure.
