The University of Oregon Solar Radiation Monitoring lab is located on campus and has been in operation since 1975. Dr. Frank Vignola, Lab Director, recently passed away last year. Josh Peterson and Rich Kelssler describe the labs purpose, challenges they have faced, and reflect on the memory of Dr. Vignola.
