Over 4,500 University of Oregon students already got their meningitis vaccination at Matthew Knight Arena. This year there were four registered meningococcemia cases on campus, one of which resulted in a student’s death. We spoke to health officials and vaccinated students to find out more details about the mass vaccination and reasons why every student should get their shot.
