Southern Oregon University closed its main campus in Ashland on Wednesday morning due to threatening notes found Tuesday in a school bathroom, the Oregonian reported.
The note referenced the mass shooting happened in Umpqua Community College last week.
School security and Ashland police launched an investigation on the notes and will forward the evidence to Oregon State Police crime lab, school officials said. It’s uncertain whether the campus will be reopen on Thursday.
On Monday, all three Rouge Community College campuses closed down due to bomb threats, which turned out to be a hoax.
