The caller reported hearing someone cough at the location, along with smelling cigarette smoke from downstairs. The caller believed no one in the house smoked.

March 12, 11:08 a.m.
The caller reported gnomes stolen from their neighbor’s yard. The owners of the gnomes would not be back until Tuesday, but the caller tried to ring the doorbell numerous times.

Unknown male and female subjects were on the caller’s front porch using an electrical outlet. The subjects did not live at the address. When the owners of the house asked them to leave, they refused.
Loud noise
465 Hunsaker Ln.
March 14, 7:31 p.m.
A black box or similar object was mounted under the roof facing the neighbor behind the caller. It made a loud chirping noise, and the caller believed it was a device to discourage dogs from barking. It had been going on and off for an hour.
Suspicious condition
2111 W 12th Ave.
March 14, 11:50 p.m.
Two females and one male were attempting to steal a bike off a back patio. The subjects had two knives and a sledge hammer.
