A subject suspected of having a mental illness was seen wrapped in a blanket and hugging a telephone pole while continuously repeating, “It’s an emergency!”
Theft

A caller reported her dog stolen by a neighbor. The dog went into the neighbor’s yard, was picked up and was taken inside the neighbors house not to be returned.
Loud noise
East 16th Alley and Hilyard Street
May 4, 11:14 p.m.
A caller reported at least 50 people having a party. The party-goers were responsible for a cacophony of noise including bullhorns and live music.
Reckless burning

May 5, 3:05 a.m.
Residents had a small bonfire with embers reaching tree-branch levels. Caller was worried that due to the residents drinking, the fire would become too large and dangerous.
Disorderly party
East 15th Avenue and Hilyard Street
May 5, 6:45 p.m.
A caller complained about a loud party which was shouting indecencies at passing cars. One male member of the party reportedly exposed himself to a passing car.
