A caller reported multiple subjects throwing glass bottles from the third floor of an apartment unit toward a dumpster located in the alley below. The incident lasted 20 to 30 minutes.

An impromptu party was broken up after a caller reported a gathering of 50 people drinking in a parking lot.@@really? called?@@ Underage attendees were issued minor-in-possession tickets.

A female pedestrian had been yelling at vehicles stopped at the intersection for at least 30 minutes. The female’s activity escalated as she began physically striking vehicles stopped at a red light.
Intoxicated subject
East 24th Avenue and University Street
May 13, 1:38 a.m.
A caller reported a male intoxicated subject sitting on the corner of East 24th Avenue and University Street. Subject had fallen off his bike and was unable to stand. Upon evaluation, subject may have suffered a concussion.
