The Project of Student Debt has announced that the average student debt for a 2011 college graduate has reached $26,000.
The University of Oregon’s 2011 average is lower than the national, at $22,726. In 2010, the UO’s average was $20,928.
Fifty-three percent of the UO’s 2011 graduates graduated with some sort of debt.
