A patrol officer reported an incorrect street sign on Patterson Street. The sign indicating the beginning of East 15th Alley had been replaced by an East 16th Alley sign. Dirt and debris around the bottom of the sign post indicated recent manipulation. The East 15th Alley sign was not present in the immediate vicinity.

A party was reported by a caller in the South Campus Neighborhood early Friday morning. The caller noted “tons of individuals screaming and having fun.”

June 8, 5:44 p.m.
A female called police after receiving a text message from an unknown number while on her walk home. The message contained a photo of her while she was walking home on Pearl Street. In addition, she did not notice anyone following her during her walk home.@@okay, that’s not creepy@@
Loud noise
East 19th Avenue and Ferry Street
June 9, 11:54 p.m.
A caller, who was extremely disgruntled by noise next door, reported five of his neighbors were screaming incoherently. The screams had been occurring for more than an hour.
Armed subjects
East 14th Avenue and Alder Street
June 10, 3:41 a.m.
Multiple callers reported eight armed subjects running around the area. The subjects, who possessed what appeared to be handguns, were not organized in their movements.
