I am writing to your paper because I think it is time to expose the negative campaign that Greg Macpherson is running and to tell you about the better candidate for Attorney General of Oregon, John Kroger. I am disappointed in the negative ads Macpherson is putting on. Kroger has spent his entire career in public service, while Macpherson has been getting rich as a corporate lawyer. Kroger has detailed plans to increase environmental protection in Oregon, help end the meth epidemic and protect the civil rights of Oregonians. Kroger will bring energy and new ideas to the office of AG, while his opponent will simply be the status quo. That is not good enough for our great state.
