Lane County residents can comment on the Board of County Commissioners’ five-year Capital Improvement Program and provide testimony on proposed projects at a public hearing at 1:30 p.m. today in the Commissioners Conference Room at 125 E. Eighth Ave.
The program is used to plan expenditures for improvements to Lane County’s transportation system. Improvement projects include road and bridge construction and rehabilitation, safety improvements and accommodating future traffic increases and alternative transportation.
