People looking to sample downtown Eugene’s finest eateries are in luck.
Tonight from 5 to 7 p.m., the Bite of Downtown Food Festival will take diners on a self-guided tour to more than 15 downtown restaurants, including Adam’s Place, Sweet Basil Thai and The Vintage.
At each restaurant, participants can purchase small plates of food at prices ranging from $2 to $5, and several of the restaurants will be donating their proceeds to FOOD for Lane County.
Several businesses are even coming up with special drinks and food items for the event, as well as contests, live music and outdoor cooking demonstrations.
Maps to the participating restaurants will be available tonight at the information table in Broadway Plaza, located at the intersection of Broadway and Willamette Street.
