Oregon slips to fifth at UNLV tournament
Oregon women’s golf slipped from third to fifth in the second day of the UNLV Spring Invitational. Senior Cathryn Bristow continues to lead the Ducks with a three-over 75, the same score as yesterday. As a team, the Ducks actually shot better than the first day with a 301 (compared to their first-day 311) yet dropped because of the play of Tulsa and Georgia.
Bristow is tied for 13th as an individual, while freshman Ashley Edwards, sophomore Monika Graf and sophomore Kendra Little are all tied for 31st place with a combined total of 154, and all three had better second rounds than their first.
