The No. 25 Oregon women’s golf team shot one stroke worse than its first-round score to tie with Oral Roberts for 12th place at the season-opening Kiawah Island Classic in South Carolina.
On Monday, senior Cathryn Bristow and sophomore Erica Omlid shot matching rounds of 77 for five-over par, followed by junior Felicia Eastick’s six-over par 78, sophomore Kendra Little’s seven-over 79 and sophomore Monika Graf’s eleven-over 83.
In the 44-team tournament, Oregon’s two-round score of 621 is 16 shots back of the leader, Miami.
Bristow is Oregon’s top individual over both rounds with a score of 154 after shooting 77 in each round, tied for 39th.
