Description: Police discovered a vehicle that looked like an older-looking ambulance with red and green lights. Several subjects were living inside.

Time: Saturday, Oct. 10, 2:11 a.m.
Description: Two uniformed security guards who appeared intoxicated were reportedly drinking from a flask and playing loud music.
Incident: Disorderly subject
Location: 200 Day Island Road
Time: Saturday, Oct. 10, 11:54 a.m.
Description: A caller reported seeing five intoxicated transients cursing at each other. It appeared that the suspects were participating in an ongoing duck race at the park, causing several bystanders to stop and observe.

Location: Owen Memorial Rose Garden, 300 N. Jefferson St.
Time: Saturday, Oct. 10, 5:43 p.m.
Description: A caller reported that three intoxicated males were yelling and exposing themselves to guests of the Valley River Inn.
Incident: Disorderly subject
Location: 610 E. 18th Ave.
Time: Sunday, Oct. 11, 4:09 a.m.
Description: A caller informed police that an “invited guest” had broken a window and was trying to get into his home. The caller said he asked the guest, who was a friend from school, to leave, but he refused.
