Incident: Loud Noise Location: 4530 Larkwood St. When: Friday, June 19 Time: 12:28 a.m. What: A caller told police the suspect was in a hot tub being loud for the third night in a row. The caller claimed to fear retaliation.
Incident: Armed Subjects Location: West 8th Avenue and Taylor Street When: Friday, June 19 Time: 1:38 a.m. What: A man and a woman with a dog argued with a driver on Taylor Street. The woman fired two shots into the air out of a silver gun while on a bicycle. The man was also armed, and police said he was wearing “reading glasses and a bandanna over the face.”
Incident: Criminal Trespass Location: 311 Coburg Road When: Friday, June 19 Time: 10:48 p.m. What: A man in a wheelchair with a backpack on it came to the property after having been asked to leave the night before. After the caller told him the police had been called, he left, but came back an hour later, when police were told he was “stepping on and off of the property, stating he doesn’t care if the cops come.”
Incident: Theft Location: Dari Mart, 800 Highway 99 N. When: Friday, June 19 Time: 1:17 p.m. What: While waiting at a bus stop outside Dari Mart, a caller reported that a man stole his oxycodone at knife point, then got on a bus. The victim then stood in line waiting to use a pay phone to call police. The bus driver told police he had not seen the suspect.
Incident: Loud noise Location: 1887 Enchantment Drive When: Friday, June 19 Time: 10:12 p.m. What: A caller volunteered to sign affidavit against three 7-year-olds playing basketball loudly in a driveway.
Incident: Fight Location: Taylor’s Bar and Grille, 894 E. 13th Ave. When: Saturday, June 20 Time: 1:21 a.m. What: Ten men got into a fight outside Taylor’s, leaving at least one injured. Other suspects put him in the bed of a red Dodge pickup and sped from the scene, but police caught them later. Police also used pepper spray on one combatant.
Incident: Criminal mischief Location: 1705 W. 6th Ave. When: Saturday, June 20 Time: 9:11 a.m. What: The suspect slashed the top of a convertible car and “left marijuana residue inside.”
Incident: Drunk driving Location: Wendy’s, 2830 Willamette St. When: Saturday, June 20 Time: 10:45 p.m. What: A caller inside Wendy’s reported that a woman in her 20s was driving around the parking lot “visibly intoxicated” with a 6-year-old boy in the passenger’s seat. When police called Wendy’s to confirm, she was gone.
Incident: Illegal camping Location: West 10th Avenue and Lawrence Street When: Saturday June 20 Time: 10:55 p.m. What: A caller reported a person sleeping inside a “small yellow school bus.”
Incident: Disorderly subject Location: Quan’s Oriental Restaurant, 94 West Broadway When: Sunday, June 21 Time: 1:04 a.m. What: A man in a wheelchair attempted to “hit bouncers” and began running over people on the dance floor. He moved into position to block the front door. Three minutes later, police were informed that he was “now spinning in circles.”
