Woods, a true freshman from Carson, Calif., has caught 32 passes for 515 yards and six touchdowns in USC’s last two games. Senior Talmadge Jackson III, along with sophomore Cliff Harris, will need to keep Woods and fellow Trojan receiver Ronald Johnson in front of them to prevent big plays likely to send the Coliseum crowd into a frenzy.
