ASUO President Ben Eckstein says he won’t ask the State Board of Higher Education to reconsider its decision to allow University President Richard Lariviere’s contract to expire, according to an article from the Register-Guard.
“What we’re really focusing on right now and what I do think is very important as we move forward is that any decisions about the future of our university are made with students at the table with a strong voice,” said Eckstein in the article.
