Oregon men’s basketball earned its highest Associated Press ranking in school history on Monday.
The Ducks checked in at No. 4, up one spot, in the latest AP Top 25 Poll after their season-opening 91-77 win against Army on Friday night.
No. 1 Duke, No. 2 Kentucky, No. 3 Villanova, No. 4 Oregon and No. 5 North Carolina are the top five teams in the poll. Oregon received 1,349 votes, barely edging out North Carolina, which received 1,347 votes. The Ducks received one first-place vote.
Other ranked Pac-12 teams are: No. 10 Arizona, No. 16 UCLA and No. 25 California. Colorado also received votes in the poll.

Oregon returns to action on Tuesday when the Ducks play in Waco, Texas, against Baylor. The game tips off at 12:30 p.m. on ESPN2.
