The Department of Public Safety cited a solicitor in Carson Hall.
Friday, March 1, 9:49 p.m.:
The Eugene Police Department arrested a person near campus with an outstanding shoplifting warrant after DPS found him digging through a garbage can.
Sunday, March 3, 9:39 a.m.:
DPS cited one person for criminal trespassing on the 1500 block of Moss Street.
Sunday, March 3, 9:01 p.m.:
DPS cited for trespassing a transient digging through a garbage can behind Riley Hall.

Monday, Feb. 25, 11:50 p.m.:
DPS cited several people in Spiller Hall for smoking marijuana.
Wednesday, Feb. 27, 4:28 p.m.:
DPS cited several people for smoking marijuana in the bushes near the EMU.
Saturday, March 2, 12:50 a.m.:
DPS cited several minors in H.P. Barnhart for possession of alcohol and theft after a resident reported the minors had a street sign which was stolen from Portland.

DPS cited several minors in Tingle Hall for possession of alcohol.

Miscellaneous

Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2:26 a.m.: Several female students in Clark Hall reported hearing noises outside their windows. DPS searched the area but didn’t find anything.
Friday, March 1, 10:58 p.m.:
DPS contacted a man outside Hamilton after receiving an earlier report of a man looking into windows at Bean Complex. The man told DPS he was passing through campus, and DPS did not detain him. DPS said he did not match the description of the man masturbating outside two female students’ residence hall rooms during the weekend.
Sunday, March 3, 11:16 p.m.: DPS received a report of a person urinating on a tree at the Agate Street crosswalk.
