The Oregon men’s basketball team has continued to impress as they improved to an 8-1 record after blowing out a much inferior Idaho State team 87-35 this last Saturday. Coming off yet another win at home, the Ducks will look to remain unbeaten on their home floor this afternoon as they take on the Nebraska Cornhuskers at 1:30 p.m. at Matthew Knight Arena.
The Huskers are coming off a disappointing 64-42 loss to Creighton at home and will be looking to take it out on the Ducks today. With a respectable 6-2 record, Nebraska will be presumably be one of the better non-conference opponents Oregon will face before heading into Pac-12 play. This will be yet another solid test for the Ducks to see how they match up against other formidable teams from across the country and the Ducks will attempt to make the most out of one of their few remaining nonconference games.
Tip off is set for 1:30 p.m.
