Job summary
Provide trouble-shooting and technical support for hardware and software issues on both Mac and Windows computers. Update and manage website as directed.
Summary of essential job functions
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software systems
- Provide regularly scheduled computer software updates and printer maintenance
- Set up new workstations and printers
- Assist with ongoing inventory of computer equipment
- Monitor and update website as directed
General
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements
- Must be UO student
- One year experience in IT support
- Experience in support for Mac and Windows hardware and software
- Ability to diagnose and resolve computer problems
- Basic understanding of networking
- Basic understanding of fileserver management
- Proficient with WordPress, CSS, HTML
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
