A shirtless man was found laying on the front porch of a house that was not his. The owners of the house tried to open the door, but the man continued to lay there. Possibly intoxicated or high, he had taken a patio cushion and was laying down in front of the door. He did not leave when the caller’s husband yelled at him.

Suspicious suspects

Sept. 24, 12:29 a.m.
The caller noticed two suspicious characters “messing around” near a bike rack. The caller drove up and chased them away. The subjects, wearing dark clothing, fled into an alley. One rider was on a bike with a basket in the front, which held a teddy bear.
