I was on the field during this post-game celebration after Oregon clinched the Pac-12 Championship, and I’m racking my brain trying to figure out how photographer Michael Ciaglo made this look so dramatic. Josh Huff and Eddie Pleasant look like they’re reveling within some great white cloud of confetti high up in the sky. That this all came after a thoroughly sloppy win over an overmatched UCLA squad makes it even more amusing. Oregon fans can only hope that a similar scene erupts sometime next Monday night.
Also: Pleasant looks like he’s belting out a Marvin Gaye song, which would have been far more entertaining than the random guitar player who started playing on top of a box after the trophy presentation.
