Steijha Meserole went behind the scenes with Brittiny Raine, Dylan Weil, and Breanna Tupper from CORE Eugene to gain insight into harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and empowering young people. CORE (Community Outreach through Radical Empowerment) is a Eugene-based and young person centered organization that seeks to level the playing field for unhoused and marginalized youth and young adults by providing direct community support and de-stigmatizing drug use.
