The caller reported two males on a bike path “looking sketchy” after passing them on a run. Each male appeared to have a baseball bat, or possibly a machete, over their shoulders. They also had bandanas, or some other dark clothing over their faces.

A former laundromat just west of Staples was converted into some kind of “small club”with live music every Friday and Saturday night. The caller reporting this “ongoing problem” was talking about the newly opened Astoria Bar and Poker Room.

Jan. 21, 5:32 a.m.
The caller reported loud music starting at 3:30 a.m., with 10 or more subjects lying on the sidewalk after being “drug out” by others around 5:30 a.m.
Traffic hazard
Interstate 105 and West 7th Avenue
Jan. 22, 11:45 a.m.
Subjects were throwing Frisbees across traffic on the Jefferson Street Bridge near West 7th Avenue.
