An unidentified man exposed himself to a female University student last week near her campus-area home, Eugene police said.
Around 9 p.m. on Nov. 27, the woman noticed a white male walking parallel to her on the opposite side of East 16th Avenue near Ferry Street, said Eugene police spokeswoman Melinda Kletzok.
The man was staring at the woman. He passed her and walked around the side of a house.
He then jumped out in front of her, holding his penis and playing with himself, Kletzok said.
The victim started running toward her West University home and yelling for help.
She described the suspect to police as middle-aged, average height, wearing a red and black plaid jacket and having yellowed teeth, some of which may be missing.
Police have not yet found a suspect.
