Prior to Thursday night’s Bob Dylan show, a miffed local stage hands union picketed outside of the show’s venue, McArthur Court. Dylan’s promotional company had hired outside work and payed them less, according to local IATSE union president David Paul Black. After meeting with concert administrators, however, agreed to hire the union workers and pay the show’s non-union workers union rates.
