UO students know Carte Blanche, a food cart on Kincaid Street in front PLC. Now owner and chef Mark Stern has a brick-and-mortar restaurant on 5th and High Street. It carries many of the same soups and sandwiches as Carte Blanche with an expanded menu. I visited the new location on Tuesday afternoon.
