Caller noticed a dark gray Nissan Maxima driving erratically going northbound on Coburg. The two males inside the car were reported blowing smoke out the windows.
Disorderly subjects
West 11th Avenue and Van Buren Street
Oct. 15, 12:51 a.m.
Two intoxicated males were seen walking into traffic, smashing and rolling pumpkins at cars.
Loud noise
East 19th Avenue and Alder Street
Oct. 15, 10:22 p.m.
Approximately 20 subjects were outside an apartment complex by an open door. There was loud yelling in the background of the call, and subjects were reportedly “mobbing” outside. Many were drinking from open containers.
Suspicious conditions
17th Avenue and Ferry Alley
Oct. 16, 12:24 p.m.
The property manager of a nearby apartment called in after spotting a Toyota Camry with two marks resembling bloody handprints on the trunk. A blood-like substance was also seen dripping from the trunk onto the ground. The property manager had never seen the car before and was asked to wait at the site to be contacted by police.
