The caller was looking toward East 18th Avenue from New Hope Christian College and saw a flashlight flashing on the hillside. Because there are no houses or roads in that area, the caller was concerned someone was in distress or signalling for help. It was later established that the flashing was caused by a cell tower in Coburg Hills.

Approximately 30 shots in a five to ten minute span were heard coming from the south of the caller, who also heard a loud boom about eight minutes before. After that, nothing else was heard.

The caller went to the location to ask the people to turn down their music. A male answered in a robe and exposed himself to the caller, with multiple partially clad males around him.

Feb. 18, 4:03 p.m.
Two disorderly subjects had to be removed from a train that was still en route to the station. Conductors found one female subject, whom they described as “very intoxicated,” and one male subject having sex in the bathroom. They were both uncooperative.

For at least 20 minutes, the caller heard a male running around the complex banging on doors and knocking down fire extinguishers. The caller did not believe the thin, 5-foot-10, mid-twenties male lived in the complex.
