The suspect in a Hillsboro home-invasion robbery and assault case is believed to be staying in the Eugene area and may be enrolled in the University of Oregon. Dylan Thomas Trotter, 20, is wanted on charges of robbery, burglary, assault and unlawful use of a weapon.@@checked link@@ As of the 2012 fall term, Trotter was enrolled in the university as an undeclared major.
The home invasion and robbery occurred last weekend, according to The Oregonian. The 20-year-old victim of the crime claims he was beaten unconscious by four men and awoke to find them stealing marijuana and electronics from his home. Three of the suspects have been arrested.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office requests that anyone with information on the case call them at 503-846-2500.
