Eugene police stopped 46 people for various charges between the hours of 9 p.m. and 3 a.m., and noticed an increase in criminal activity.
Police arrested 18 people on charges varying from false information to police, prohibitive noise and open container. One disorderly party left two arrested on charges for prohibitive noise and 15 people with minor in possession citations.

- 22 Minor in Possession (18 UO students)
- 4 Prohibited Noise (4 UO students)

- 1 Urinating in Public
- 1 Pedestrian Violation
- 1 Possession of Less Than 1 oz. of Marijuana
