An investigation lead by the University of Oregon Police Department has resulted in the citing of a UO undergraduate Terence “Terry” Andrew Ogburn, a 24-year-old pre-business administration major, for three recent incidents of campus graffiti and vandalism.
Ogburn was cited on Tuesday for three counts of criminal mischief, related to the graffiti found on the university sign located at Franklin Boulevard and Agate Street, graffiti and bicycle locks on the doors at Oregon Hall and more graffiti at Oregon Hall.
Ogburn’s graffiti mentioned the Beta Theta Pi fraternity, but Ogburn is not a member of any fraternity. Ogburn lives at the Alpha Omega House, a complex sponsored by the First Baptist Church. The AO House is not affiliated with any UO Panhellenic fraternity or sorority.
The UOPD investigation revealed that Ogburn may have committed other crimes across Eugene and Lane County.
