The Oregon Ducks defeated the Washington State Cougars 43-28 at Autzen Stadium Saturday afternoon. In what would be their slowest offensive start since their Sept. 3rd game against LSU, Oregon failed to score an offensive touchdown (but did score off a blocked punt) in the first quarter. Despite a so-so offensive performance, the Ducks defense and special teams came up big and led the way to a win, extending their home win streak to 21. The game also saw the reintroduction of previously injured running back LaMichael James and quarterback Darron Thomas.
