The podcast desk edits and produces podcasts that cover a wide range of topics from food and video games to hard news and sports. Producers have the opportunity to host their own podcasts as well as creating stand alone audio stories. They may also work with other desks to create compelling content that accompanies on reporting.
Responsibilities include:

Edit audio for at least one podcast a week in a timely manner.

Communicate with contributors, editors and other producers consistently throughout the week.

Produce podcasts or audio stories on a regular basis.

Attend weekly staff and desk meetings.
