Eugene’s Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure will take place Oct. 21 and will start at Autzen Stadium, according to Race for the Cure’s website.
The first of four races will begin at 8:30 a.m. Courses run near Autzen, from the riverside paths around Alton Baker Park and along the Ruth Bascom Bike Path. @@checked@@
Registration is still open and can be completed on the race’s website. Registration options range from a $30 ticket which allows a participant to donate without actually attending, to $125 which funds a mammogram for an uninsured local resident.
