Incident: Loud Noise
Location: 1871 Harris Alley
When: Saturday, Nov. 22
Time: 10:48 a.m.
What: A party at an apartment complex was reported because multiple party-goers were throwing beer cans and urinating onto the ground from a third floor balcony.
Incident: Theft
Location: 293 Valley River Center
When: Saturday, Nov. 22
Time: 3:24 p.m.
What: A man described to be in his 20s and wearing a black cap and tan sweat suit stole DVDs and fragrance from Macy’s. The department store plans to press charges if the man is found.
Incident: Fight
Location: Orchard Alley and East 15th Ave.
When: Sunday, Nov. 23
Time: 12:24 a.m.
What: A 23-year-old man was attacked in Orchard Alley. The man was found bleeding from the face with a nose that may have been broken. One witness to the incident saw three men beating on one, and the three attackers left on foot. The victim received medical attention.
Incident: Disorderly Subject
Location: East 13th Ave. and Alder St.
When: Sunday, Nov. 23
Time: 2:05 a.m.
What: A driver was throwing full beers out of his vehicle window at cars leaving the parking lot of 7-11. Two subjects were hit by beers and one was injured. No one pressed charges or required medical attention.
Incident: Disorderly Party
Location: 1670 Alder St., the Campbell Club
When: Sunday, Nov. 23
Time: 2:53 a.m.
What: After initially responding to a noise complaint, the police arrived at the Campbell Club, according to an EPD news release. When officers were barred from entering the residence, they obtained a search warrant. Once inside, police discovered more than 200 people and five kegs, in violation of state liquor laws. Several minors were also found hiding throughout the house. Police issued a number of citations, including 11 for furnishing alcohol to minors, 15 for minors in possession of alcohol, and 21 for prohibited noise. The officers also took four subjects to Lane County Jail for allegedly interfering with a police officer and furnishing alcohol to minors, according to the release.
