There is something beautiful to be said for the intimate nature of a house show. An unfurnished basement can be transformed into the hottest venue in town with the presence of a great band. Recently the Seattle-based band Lures made a stop in Eugene on its tour of the Pacific Northwest. The group played in the dining room of a house on 18th and Harris. Before the show we caught up with the band for an exclusive performance of the song “Dizzy.”
