The UO Coalition to End Sexual Violence, Safe Ride, the Women’s Center and other campus groups took a stand to support sexual assault survivors on Thursday, May 8. Students and faculty gathered on the lawn by Hendricks Hall prior to making their way to Johnson Hall. Demonstration participants marched to Johnson Hall in silence and began chanting once inside. Oregon administration representatives refused to comment and the rally continued on the steps of the administration building.
