Oregon and Oregon State will play in the 118th installment of the Civil War on Saturday. Though the Ducks have dominated in recent years, it took a last-minute touchdown to secure the victory last season. Players and fans alike know the importance of the game, whether or not it is an even match up.

Serena Walker, Shellsy Ashen, and Kacey Nady of Oregon volleyball earned Pac-12 All-Academic honors this past Tuesday. The reward requires that a player maintains a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and appear in at least half of the scheduled games.
Edward Cheserek was named the U.S. Cross Country Men’s National Athlete of the Year on Tuesday after a second-straight national title. Cheserek spoke about winning the award, among other topics, Tuesday afternoon.
Oregon men’s basketball held its own against No. 19 Michigan at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Monday. However, the Ducks fell by a score of 70-63.
Oregon women’s basketball’s Jillian Alleyne was nominated for two of the sport’s most prestigious awards this week. She joined the watch list of both the Wooden Award and Wade Trophy.
