Do you still walk toward the EMU before realizing there’s no food there?
Subway and Joe’s Burgers on Wheels are now open, and they’re located right across from the volcanology building, outside the bounds of EMU construction.
“I think our goal is to be here until the new EMU is open,” said Subway employee Heather Vanalen.
Subway will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the week, offering the same food items as before, except there are no hot food options yet.
Joe’s Burgers on Wheels will open at 11 a.m. Monday through Saturday, closing at 7 p.m. as well.
Food carts on campus now open
