There were many alarmed looks on campus as a colleague and I from the Veterans and Family Student Association walked all over campus spray painting stencils on the ground, displaying the word “Telling.” This happened on Tuesday, Jan. 15. I would just like the campus community to be clear that we had authorization from the University’s Department of Public Safety and that we were using non-permanent marking chalk. We were promoting a play that will be happening in February, called “Telling”. We do not, in any way, condone graffiti or vandalism.
