Oregon ended the tournament with a 54-hole total of 5-over-par 869, while wire-to-wire winner top-ranked Texas posted a final score of 30-under-par 834. Jeffrey Kang of USC and Jordan Spieth of Texas took home the top individual honors at 11 under par.
Senior Eugene Wong put together the strongest overall tournament for the Ducks, finishing in a tie for 23rd with a three-round total of 213. Redshirt senior Jack Paton also finished in the top 50 for Oregon, carding a 218 to tie for 49th. Seniors Daniel Miernicki and Andrew Vijarro and freshman Rak Cho tied for 76th at 223. Cho carded the best round of the tournament for Oregon when he shot a 5-under 67 on opening day.
Junior Robbie Ziegler competed as an individual at the event and tied for 33rd at 2-under 214 for the tournament.
Oregon has a three-week break before its next scheduled event, when the team travels to Long Beach, Calif., for the Del Walker Championship at Virginia Country Club on Feb. 27-28.
