PHOENIX—Fans of the obscure may remember Paul the Octopus, the German octopus that predicted games at the 2010 World Cup with a striking accuracy. In the final week before the Fiesta Bowl, Hadiah the Sumatran tiger at the Phoenix Zoo will choose from one of two cardboard boxes containing identical treats each representing one of the two Fiesta Bowl teams.
