— Oregon baseball pitching ace David Peterson won the Collegiate Baseball national player of the week and Pac-12 pitcher of the week awards after throwing a program-best 20 strikeouts in the Ducks’ Friday win over Arizona State. The Ducks won the series 2-1.
— Football is back as the spring game took place this past Saturday. Incumbent starting quarterback Justin Herbert looks likely to keep his spot, but head coach Willie Taggart wants him to be more vocal.
— Oregon men’s basketball landed graduate transfer Elijah Brown, who played at New Mexico previously. He will add to a depleted Ducks team after a mass exodus following a Final Four appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
— Oregon softball swept in-state rival Oregon State to make it 15 straight wins against the Beavers. Oregon hosts No. 2 Florida State this upcoming weekend.
— Defending National Champion Oregon men’s golf won the Pac-12 Tournament this past weekend, the program’s first conference title since 1959. Wyndham Clark took the individual prize, Oregon’s first since 1978.
— Oregon men’s tennis fell to Stanford in the quarterfinals of the Pac-12 tournament. The No. 21-ranked Ducks will look for redemption in the NCAA Tournament.
— Like the men, the Oregon women’s tennis team also fell to Stanford in the Pac-12 tournament. Unlike the men, they were defeated in the semifinals.
— Oregon track and field had a successful outing at the Penn Relays this past weekend. The men and women teams took home a total of five wheels from the famous meet.
— Acrobatics and tumbling lost in the NCATA National Championship to Baylor for the third straight year.
